What more can be said about the coming financial disaster. Anyone that has an IQ above 40 and cares about the future of  this country understands that social security can not exist in its present form much longer. We must also include Medicare and Medicaid in the same catagory. 
The people that are supposed to be looking out for us are only looking out for themselves. I am referring to "Career Politicians". The 535 top dogs, 435 representatives and 100 senators, are the most amoral group of individuals that ever gathered to fleece a nation. These "Career Politicians" are an intellegent group so they understand the looming financial disaster. However, re-election is all that matters. Henry Kissinger said that  "power" is the ultimate aphrodisiac. Career Politicians will do anything to remain one of 535 select individuals that have so much power over 300 million citizens.
These amoral people know of the looming disaster but do nothing. The conclusion I reach from their lack of action is that re-election is more important that the future of this country and their descendants.  What kind of person would be so selfish as to leave a bankrupt country to the next generation?
